The museum is partially accessible (ground floor, first floor and second floor are reached by lift; only the third floor and the workshop room are accessible by a flight of stairs).

Tickets
The tickets are available at the entrance of the museum, without reservation.
A reservation is required for groups of more than six people (tour leader/guide included), guided tours, tours of Florence and workshops.
For space and safety reasons inside the museum, access for groups may be halted during holidays, pre-holidays and in general during extremely busy periods.
